Nick Saddington

Nick spent many years in the insurance industry dealing with motor and liability claims, seeing first-hand the consequences of poor safety management both on the road and off. He changed career in 2011, qualifying as an ADI with a large national franchise before being head-hunted by an ambitious local franchise. He was introduced to the fleet training industry through a talk at his local driving instructor's association, gaining his fleet qualification and then becoming involved in driver rehabilitation through the NDORS scheme and qualifying as a substance abuse counsellor to participate in the drink-drive rehabilitation scheme. Nick is also a volunteer advanced tutor for RoSPA and regularly works as a training consultant for IAM RoadSmart.
